All work is booked on our online workflow system. The system lets clients add, manage and download instructions – it’s takes approx 1-2 minute to add, and we will book and arrange for you. If you prefer however, you can always email us or pick up the phone to book.
An Open House Clerk will collect keys from branch or meet your tenant on-site where needed. Carry out the fully detailed inspection, including full annotations and photographs. No stone will go
un-turned!
Once complete, the final report will be delivered to you via email. We guarantee to deliver within the next working day.
The final report can then be shared with a click of a button with your tenants, landlords, or colleague. Changes needed? Each report has an embedded facility which allows each party to add comments or photos, eliminating the need to email back and forth!
All of our reports are deigned to work on PC, MAC, Android or Apple devices, meaning you can access, review and share in any location and on any device.
All Open House Inventories reports carry AIIC accreditation (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks) and follow their strict Code of Practice.
